Dr. Strangelove: It is not only possible, it is essential.The Bush Administration has dropped its plans (for now) for a nuclear 'bunker-busting' weapon, after the House of Representatives wouldn't approve $4M for it. Some people worried that it would send the wrong message to the rest of the world and result in nuclear proliferation.
But I guess the Administration figured we'd just 'bunker-bust' anyone who thought about getting their own play-nukes. Hey, freedom's on the march! So what if the road is paved with dead bodies?
