Writer's Fog
This is how bad it gets, deep into a manuscript:Yesterday it was 4:15 PM before I noticed I was wearing mismatched socks.
We're not talking one black sock and one dark blue sock. We're talking one with stripes and one with kitty cats all over it.
And I wasn't wearing shoes.

Late at night, inspiration comes. The next morning I'll read over what I wrote and find that it doesn't make sense.
