Voices from the Sandbox
Doonesbury.com has just started a "milblog" (short for "military blog") called The Sandbox.Today's Doonesbury comic explains that it's become exceedingly dangerous for the press to cover Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. One solution, therefore, is to let the troops report on themselves.
It's a fascinating glimpse into the everyday lives of our men and women in uniform , so check it out. Supporting our troops starts with hearing what they have to say.
