There IS an 'Aye' in Team!

You did it! You not only got Zachary into YA Sisterhood's Crush Tournament, but he's ranked 16th out of 32. I can't thank you enough for your support.

Zachary's first round starts at 12:01am Eastern Time this Friday, July 6. So now's when the fun REALLY starts!

The Crush Tourney advocates have been announced. I am very proud and happy to tell you that Zachary's advocates are once again the lovely Amy and Jen from Fictitious Delicious, the founders of Team Kilt and creators of the Kilt and Keeley Shade series fan site themselves!  Yaaaaaay!



Fictitious Delicious is right at this moment giving away a signed, personalized set of the SHADE trilogy paperbacks! (EDITED TO ADD: giveaway is now closed.)

AVATARS

There are roughly five billion Team Kilt/Vote Zach Twitter avis out there right now. By the end of the week, they'll be collected in a Sekrit Project, so if you create an avi (or a video, or a blog post) for Zachary or Team Kilt, please send the link to teamkilt AT kiltandkeeley DOT com.

That's Sean Faris, the leading candidate to play Zachary Moore in our imaginations. (If you've read SHINE, you'll understand why Logan would support Zach in this campaign and pretty much everything else, and vice versa.)

INCENTIVES

Since you all were so supportive of the SHADE boys during the nomination period, my Round 1 incentives will have something for Logan Lovers, Zachary Zealots, and Martin Maniacs.

And since I am incredibly indecisive believe in democracy, I'm going to let you vote on one of them.

If Zachary WINS ROUND ONE:

1. Martin will join Twitter for a #SHADEboys chat with Zachary and Logan; as well as a #FakeScotsmen chat with Zachary and with Cyndi Tefft's Aiden MacRae.

2. I'll write a scene from Logan's POV, and you get to choose! Voting on the scene begins now and ends 11:59pm ET Friday night.

(NOTE: I left the "Advanced anti-cheat" option off so as not to stop any legitimate voters who just happen to be in the same vicinity as another voter. But I do ask that you vote only once, even if you know how to do it more. I'd like to have a fair sample of reader preferences. Thanks!)



3. WAIT FOR IT! I'll announce the Zachary incentive on Thursday.

CHARITY

Once again, Team Kilt will be raising money for the Tartan Army Children's Charity. During last year's crush tourney, we raised over $1500!
